Poll: Holiday Dieting Pitfalls

Whether you are trying to lose weight or just trying to maintain a healthy diet, the holidays can be challenging for the best of us.

In fact, diet and fitness related websites see a sizable drop in traffic this time of year as some people adopt an "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy in regards to diet and exercise.

My biggest challenge is maintaining my fitness routine during the holiday season as travel and social events make gym time difficult. Maybe taking a month off isn't so bad as long as I can get back on the wagon during the first of the year.
