The newest "Biggest Loser" was just announced on NBC last night and in case you missed it, Patrick House took the prize.
No one would argue that his 181 pound weight loss was astounding, but does winning Biggest Loser make one a dieting expert?
I caught Patrick's interview on the Today Show and during the segment he announced his new blog where he will give advice to others, his new job helping overweight teens and he pitched the Biggest Loser Diet Food Delivery Plan.
I realize that he is just grabbing hold of the opportunities being offered to him, however, his success came at a pretty high price tag. If every obese person in the USA was offered a $250k prize, a team of fitness and nutrition specialists, and millions of supporters, I think they would most likely find success as well.
Patrick seems like a great guy, but does his success on The Biggest Loser really qualify him to give dieting advice to others?
